How to make a complaint

TT2 aims to give the best possible level of service at all times. However, we realise that despite the best intentions occasionally things can go wrong. When this happens TT2 will endeavour to do everything possible to resolve the problem swiftly and efficiently. Complaints must be made in writing, by email or using the web form below. We will endeavour to get back to you within 3 working days.
